Dr. Vick is a 2018 graduate of the AGTS D.Min. program. He also holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Tennessee Temple University (2011). Before coming to AGTS, Dr. Vick served as Lead Pastor of Sojourn City Church in Midway, Kentucky (near Lexington), a church he and his wife, Christie, planted in 2014.

In addition to his church planting experience, Dr. Vick brings a wealth of leadership expertise to AGTS as an ordained AG minister who has spent nearly twenty years in leadership development in the public and private sectors, including as a staff pastor in two local churches. Having been a coach, teacher, strategic planner, and presenter at national and local levels, Dr. Vick is passionate about meeting the evolving and diverse leadership development needs of our movement, adding value to people’s lives, helping them excel, and expanding their ministry capacities. Having experienced the AGTS D.Min. program firsthand, he embodies our culture of servant leadership and recognizes the program’s life-transforming impact to develop leaders.
