Dr. Tim Hager serves as the Vice President / Dean of AGTS. Hager has served in leadership capacities for 30 years, including two years as the chief operating officer for the National Leadership and Resource Center for the Assemblies of God and seven years as administrator of field operations for U.S. Missions (AGUSM). He completed his Master of Divinity from AGTS in 1989. From there, he has pastored in Asheboro, North Carolina and led project teams in the U.S., Panama, Argentina, Thailand, and Korea. Following five years as executive pastor in Manassas, Virginia, he returned to Springfield to work with AGUSM. There he oversaw leadership programming; created networks among executives in 63 districts; designed, built and implemented an executive orientation program; and regularly led organizational problem-solving task force groups.
