The first phase will address urgently needed repairs that will improve the AGTS experience for current and future students, faculty, staff and seminary publics.

Roof Repairs—$171,000
Flooring Repairs—$262,000
HVAC Control System—$24,000

Total Cost—$480,000 (including a 5% contingency)

The second phase is designed to optimize resources in three primary areas to help the next generation of students make the greatest possible impact on our world:

Contextualized Training and Scholarships—$100,000
Spiritual Formation—$20,000
Technology—$40,000

Pledges will be payable until the end of 2012. We are praying the Lord will raise up churches,districts and individuals who will come alongside the seminary to invest in theseurgently needed resources.

The AGTS Board of Directors believes so strongly in this project that they have committed the first $100,000 from reserve accounts to begin the work. The remaining $540,000 will be sought from generous donors and foundations.
