News and Information
for the AGTS Community
A Word from the President
We will be having a special Day of Renewal on January 29, 2004. As president I have
a growing burden that the entire community would take one day and "fast" all
our usual activities and give ourselves to prayer and waiting on God for His touch on
our lives. There will be no scheduled classes and all offices and the library will be
closed this day. We will have services in the morning, afternoon and evening in the Seymour
Chapel. There will be childcare in the evening. I am asking every employee and student
to attend two of the three services on this day. Our greatest need as leaders of destiny
for the 21st century is for God to intersect our lives with His empowerment. Our commitment
to thorough development here at AGTS includes this central dimension of reliance upon
the Holy Spirit to forge our lives for His redemptive purpose. This is a day where we
as an entire community can say corporately " If your Presence does not go with us,
do not send us from this place." Exodus 33:15
