On May 1 AGTS held its first annual golf tournament in conjunction with 2008 graduation activities. Sixty-four golfers enjoyed beautiful Rivercut Golf Course, Springfield, Mo., despite windy conditions.
Altogether the tournament raised over $3,000 for student scholarships. This was very encouraging for a first-year tournament, and next year promises to produce even greater participation and more scholarship funds raised.
