Women of the Spirit Event Big Hit at General Council

Laughter, chocolate and great fellowship flavored the “Women of the Spirit” event August 1 in Denver, Colo. Over 350 women of all ages laughed uproariously and listened intently as AGTS and the Task Force for Women in Ministry partnered to provide an event that encouraged and inspired women in ministry.

Best-selling author Dr. Linda Mintle and comedienne Anita Renfroe delighted the audience.

“Excellent, outstanding and orchestrated by the Holy Spirit” were some of the comments heard afterwards. “I laughed until I cried,” multiple others exclaimed.
