Employee Scholarship Fund

Increasingly, AGTS students are turning to government assistance to finance their education. A student who utilizes these loan programs averages a cumulative debt of $37,416. Such graduates are often priced out of ministry opportunities like foreign missions or church planting because the $369 monthly repayment exceeds personal debt-load maximums or requires a starting salary higher than some ministries can promise.

AGTS employees have decided to help remove these financial burdens by creating the Employee Scholarship Fund. The fund will grow via voluntary weekly payroll deductions, contributions and annual events, such as the AGTS yard sale. It will be awarded once a year to eligible students. To date, nearly 20% of AGTS employees have made commitments for weekly payroll deductions, totaling over $2,500 annually.

If you are interested in partnering with the seminary as the staff, faculty and administration have done, your contribution to the Pentecostal Leaders Annual Fund will provide another avenue of scholarship resources. Please send your check to AGTS, Attn: Annual Fund, 1435 N. Glenstone, Springfield, MO, 65802 or make a credit card donation at God bless!
