Pillars of the Faith
 |
AGTS has chosen to honor men and women who have dedicated their lives to serve Jesus Christ and have followed the call of God in ministry, missions and the training of ministers. We acknowledge their generous contribution to AGTS and its mission to shape servant leaders. The Pillars of the Faith initiative is a symbolic and meaningful way to honor these individuals.
Persons being honored have been nominated by the president and approved by the Board of Directors in addition to meeting the following qualifications:
- Dedicated the majority of his or her life to significant full-time ministry in the AG.
- At least 65 years of age; a deceased person may be honored posthumously.
- An endowment gift of $25,000 or more to AGTS in honor of the minister.
These and future honorees will be acknowledged prominently on a pillar located outside the AGTS Prayer Chapel.

Recommend
an individual who fits the criteria to be a Pillar of the Faith honoree. This person may be a family member, professor or minister whom you desire to honor in this venue.
Recruit
others to contribute. The $25,000 endowment gift does not necessarily have to come from one individual. Several individuals can contribute toward an endowment.
Contribute
either with a one-time gift or a monthly gift toward an endowment in the name of the individual you wish to honor as a Pillar of the Faith.
Bequeath
funds to the endowment through your estate planning.
