Spring 2009 Registration
Procedures
Returning Students
STEP 1: ADVISEMENT
Schedule an appointment with your faculty adviser. (Sign-up
sheet available beginning Monday, October 27, on adviser’s door or via phone (268-1070.)
To expedite the registration process, you may want to print a copy of your degree audit (see www.agts.edu/estudent, click on Degree Audit and then choose Details) as well as a copy of the 2009 Spring Course Offerings.
Discrepancies on your degree program should be reported to
the Registrar’s Office (268-1025, registrar@agts.edu). Remember: You
are ultimately responsible to take the correct courses to satisfy
the degree requirements as stated in the catalog.
Proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2: ACADEMIC REGISTRATION
Two options available for academic registration: 1) Secure registration form in Registrar’s Office and schedule appointment with adviser; or 2) Schedule appointment with adviser and complete and academic registration online. Note: Registration for directed research (DR), distance learning (ISP) and any other non-traditional course(s) must be processed through the Registrar’s Office.
When you list your course selections, check course numbers, hours and total credits to be sure they are correct. If a class is cross-listed [MSS 637/CE 628], select the appropriate letter designated for your degree. Maximum course load: 15 hours/semester.
